MINIMUMS + LEAD TIME
 

opening order minimum: $200  .:.  reorder minimum: $175

our candles are poured-to-order and our current turnaround time is up to 10 business days. orders comprised of 50 candles or more may take up to 15 business days.

+ glass vessel candles: $18/ea boxed | $16/ea just the candle
+ petite tin candles: $8/ea boxed | $7/ea just the candle

we are able to sell our products at a wholesale rate to licensed businesses.

PAYMENT
 

for orders placed by email or by phone, payment is due upon shipment and payable by credit card through our online invoice. late payments will incur a 10% late fee per month.

NET terms will be considered for existing accounts in good standing with professional references.

SHIPPING

we ship our wholesale orders via USPS priority mail with available tracking. please let us know if you would like to arrange shipping with another shipping provider.

please contact us if you are in the greater honolulu area and prefer to pickup your order. 

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

all returns must be requested and approved. requests can be made via email or phone. claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. 

after a review of your request, either an exchange or credit will be applied to a future purchase. unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. cancellations made after that will incur a 10% restocking fee.

SAMPLES

sample scents are available in 2oz. wick-less tins for your smelling pleasure for free (just ask!) or we recommend you purchase a single glass vessel candle ($16/ea) to use for samples and display.
